The Michelin Guide is one of the most respected and recognised culinary accolades in the world. Being listed in the Berlin 2026 edition represents a milestone for our entire team — from the kitchen to the dining room — and validates the vision we have been building since MINA first opened its doors on Mühlenstraße.

MINA Séparée is our dedicated private dining room, designed to offer an intimate and exclusive setting for groups of up to 20 guests. Whether you are hosting a birthday dinner, a corporate gathering, a wine pairing evening, or a family celebration, our team will tailor the experience entirely to your wishes.

Beginning this March, MINA will host a monthly wine pairing evening on the last Thursday of each month. Led by Head Sommelier Carlo Alberto Bartolini, these intimate evenings are designed for guests who wish to deepen their appreciation of Italian and Levantine wines in a relaxed and educational setting.

The Levantine Kitchen Takeover was born from a shared belief that great food tells stories of place, memory, and exchange. When we first connected with our guest chef through a mutual friend in Beirut, it was clear that a collaboration was not just possible — it was inevitable.

Berlin summers are short, and at MINA we believe in making the most of every warm evening. Our riverside terrace, overlooking the Spree near the East Side Gallery, is now open for the season — offering a dining experience that is equally at home under the open sky as it is in our intimate indoor dining room.
